About Me

I started creating art pieces when I was two years old. My childhood cat, Kes, would roll markers over to me as I magically removed their lids and used the walls as a canvas. It inspired me at such a young age, and I continued throughout gradeschool, drawing and doodling on every notebook and homework assignment. It frustrated my teachers seeing my papers so chaotic. My parents saw my frequent drawings, and decided to help me embrace my artistic talent, buying me sketchbooks and those big art kits. They pushed me to do what I liked, and I continued with the passion. In middle school, I discovered digital art. I would watch YouTube speedpaints, showing me wondrous ways of doing art that led me to the website QueekyPaint, where I could create digital artwork for free with my laptop mousepad. I pushed myself to try new things with my art, and thats when my parents suggested I go to an art oriented highschool, Firestone CLC. There, I learned how to explore traditional art.

Going to Firestone CLC benefited me in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Every ounce of advice my art teachers gave, I still carry with me to this day. They pushed me to go outside the box, try new things with my art, and even helped me sell a few of my pieces. As I graduated highschool, I decided I wanted a degree in art. Better yet, I wanted to create my own animated TV show. I’ve been world building and creating characters for the possible show since 2016. I would love to see them come to life on a screen, so now I am currently working as hard as I can at the University of Akron, getting my degree in Studio Art.

In the meantime, I practice tattooing and I plan to become a full time tattoo artist
